PODCAST 2:13: Actions Solidify Change

Your actions dictate the change that occurs in your life.

She said to me "You can't expect things to be different if you do don't do things differently,"

Boom. It was like a bag of gold bricks landed right in front of me. 💰💰💰

My therapist was so right.

I had been struggling with the way things were, tired of patterns I had engaged in for a long time. I was ready for something new. I was ready to feel different.

And I realized, while I could conceptualize and think about all of the ways things needed to feel and be different, I actually had to DO things differently in order for something new to occur.

In the latest Happy Love Project podcast episode, I share with you some of my recent story of managing some depression and anxiety and I also share with you ways you can start to think about HOW to do things differently, especially when it comes to your love life.

To hear the full episode and more about how to create action in your life and especially your love life, listen to the episode below on iTunes or Spotify (you can also find The Happy Love Project Podcast on GooglePlay and Stitcher).

The Happy Love Project Shoutout:

I have going to IV Therapy for a bit of time now and I wanted to do a shout out to my Functional Medicine doctor, Dr. Sommer White . Dr. White is amazing and has helped me in so many ways with my Crohn's Disease. AND, the IV therapy is so good. I have noticed a change in my energy, my mood and even my skin. Her office is so cozy and I love that Dr. White, Paula (the IV Nurse) and her entire team is entirely patient focused.
